Caroline has more than 25 years’ experience of working in finance both in the public and private sectors. She has worked as a school business manager for two years, providing support on health and safety, human resources, procurement and financial efficiencies. For the last eight years, in the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham, she has worked in the Children Services finance department as a business partner to the Director of Education Services focusing on educational outcome. Her other role has included implementing and providing guidance to the Director of Education on government legislative changes such as the post-16 and high needs funding reforms.
