If a placement doesn’t work out, the Transition Coach is on hand to help students explore alternative options and reapply for courses or colleges.
Students and their families have greatly valued this ongoing support, with many crediting it for helping them complete further education and progress into higher education.
Our Transition Coach continues to keep in touch with former students, providing support for at least two years after they leave. Here are some fantastic updates on their progress!
