Linda Brown

Linda has been teaching for over 20 years in schools across London and Essex. She had extensive leadership experience in the pastoral system in mainstream before transitioning to alternative provision where she has led teaching and learning in more than one setting, and more recently has developed this role to also include the co-ordination of special educational needs provision. Her core values centre around inclusion and ensuring the best possible outcomes for all students, regardless of their individual starting points. She has worked successfully with students, parents and other partners to overcome barriers to learning. As a trained coach she has also supported colleagues in developing their pedagogy and practice.
