Mayesbrook Park Campus students at the O2
Last week (14 November 2019) Students from Mayesbrook Park Campus visited the O2 Arena to watch the ATP Finals! Year 11 student, Matas said:
'It was a great day out and I enjoyed sending time with my classmates. What was really amazing was to see Rafa Nadal, the world number 1 make it through to the next stage of the tournament. The trip was good because we got to see two types of tennis matches - doubles and singles, and although we will be playing a different sport for the practical part of our GCSE, we got to see how the pairs worked together and moved around the court. Hopefully I'll be able to do the same in badminton!'
